Donnie Al-Suleiman started with Quad Cities Personal Training in 2013 and quickly established himself as one of the company’s most traditional trainers. Al-Sulieman focuses on circuit training while utilizing large compound movements as his clients backbone. Al-Suleiman holds a certificate from the National Federation of Personal Trainers. He enjoys bringing his clients success similar to his own and remarks fondly of his transformation from 130 to 170 pounds.

Whether it is a weight loss program or the want or need to gain weight, Al-Sulieman has had a transformation for the better. He has brought two clients through a combined 40 pound of weight loss in only two months and has established sports performance workouts for local athletes.
