More than just losing inches and feeling great, I felt STRONG!
I started boot camp during the very first Personal Group Training. It seems so long ago, but I remember being unsure of what to expect and a little nervous as to what “boot camp” would entail. I can tell you now, that I was hooked after that first session. I signed up over and over again. You could say I became a boot camp addict. The classes are suitable for all fitness levels and Darren is a great and watchful instructor. I’ve learned a lot since that first session and have gained a level of fitness that I never thought I would be able to. More than just losing inches and feeling great, I felt STRONG!
It’s a really good feeling when you’re working out and when you’re just going about your everyday life.
It’s noticeable! It’s achievable! It’s a great thing!
