1. Do I need to be in shape before I participate in any of your weight loss programs ?
The simplest answer is, no.
Each session is designed to welcome all fitness levels. Whether you haven’t worked out in a while or you are already fit, everyone will benefit from this program.
You see, once we plan the activities and exercises for the days class, we also have two modifications readily available. One modification to make each exercise easier and one modification to make each exercise harder.
Just let us know which is necessary for you.
As long as you have the ability to get up and walk around, then you have the ability to do what we do.
Remember this is your workout and we’re truly here for you.
2. What if I have a condition that limits my physical abilities, ( i.e. bad knees, bad back, etc.) may I still work with one of your personal trainers?
More than likely, yes.
By scaling down the resistance and the intensity level, we can adapt the movements to accommodate your concerns.
Although, you must notify us of any conditions or concerns prior to starting any program.
If for any reason we believe that it wouldn’t be wise for you to participate, we will let you know. Whereas we’re here to help you to become more fit, your safety is of prime importance.
As always, with any physical activity program, we recommend that all participants consult with a physician for proper approval.
3. What type of people participate in the Bootcamp group fitness classes?
They are incredible people just like you.
Our fitness camps have had participants ranging in age from 15 years old to 62 years old, working out, training and encouraging each other side by side.
We’ve had school teachers, high school students, husbands and wives exercising together. Company presidents and said company employees, we’ve had mothers working out with their sons and daughters. We’ve had engineers and lawyers and corporate accountants. We’ve had dance instructors and other fitness professionals as well as people who are just “getting back into it “.
Who – ever you are ,
What – ever you do,
this is where
4. What do I need to bring to the Bootcamp sessions?

– An exercise mat. ( Ideally, thicker than a yoga mat )
– Thick sweat wrist bands.
– Large towel
– Full finger gloves ( i.e. work gloves or football receiver gloves )
– Comfortable, seasonal workout clothes and shoes. BUT, don’t wear anything that you would prefer not to get scuffed, dirty or wet.
( cuz it could happen ! )

5. What is the class schedule for The Triple D Fitness Group Camps?
There are four (4) classes scheduled each week for four (4) weeks .
( unless otherwise noted )
That’s a possible sixteen (16)
Personal Group Training Sessions
If you’re up to it?
6. How many days per week should I attend the fitness camp?
Well, that’s totally up to you.
Our suggestion is that you attend at least two (2) sessions per week yet, with the belief that three (3) sessions would be ideal.
On occasion, there have been several participants who on certain weeks have attended every class.
Some people want to attack their training program.
Some people want to ease in to it.
Either way, you’re doing the right thing and taking the right steps toward being more fit.
As we’ve said before ” the only way to change your body, is to challenge your body.”
To what degree, is for you to choose.
7. What’s a typical day of fitness camp like?
Really, there is no such thing as typical.
There is a format that may seem familiar in each session. But, each class is designed to be different in order to challenge you with varied modes of activity.
Each class starts with an active warm up.
( This too is usually varied from day to day.)
Followed by a continuation of the warm up with several dynamic range of motion movements.
Then it’s time to get Down & Dirty.
No one ever really knows what that’s going to be .
But, it always provides you the opportunity to “get the FIT BODY that you came for.”
The opportunity to make your ” Fitness Happen.”
The class ends with a period to cool down while performing some static stretching.
Sometimes guided by the instructor, often times performed by participants at their own pace.
(Having attended a few sessions, most participants understand how to perform flexibility movements on their own)
Now class is over.
Everyone says goodbye to one another, anticipating they’ll see each other at the next class.
All the while acknowledging that today, they were in the trenches together.
Everyone got Down & Dirty and they are well on their way to achieving the Fit Body of their dreams.
“Something Good Happens Here ! “
8. How soon will I see results?
There’s not a universal answer to this one.
All bodies respond differently to training, and weight loss can vary depending on the intensity and duration.
Of course, it also depends on how much effort you put in to each session.
Being fit is not a short term “get it quick” deal.
That being said, many camp participants have noticed dramatic improvements in their stamina, strength, and total level of fitness.
As well as also seeing visual improvements in their body composition and physique.
One thing is for sure,
everyone finishes Our Personal Group Training Sessions in better shape than when they started. Period!
9. How much does it cost?
The fee for our fit camp is $147 to $217 depending on your choice of membership options.
That’s a possible 16 fitness camp classes for less than $10 dollars per session.
Be sure to ask about our Saturday Only Punch Card Class Pass.
10.What if I signup for an ongoing membership but I need to quit early for some reason?
If you signed up for a 12, 6, or 3 month membership with us but you need to end your agreement before it’s end date, you will be charged a cancellation fee for every active month of participation. The cancellation fee is the difference between your monthly rate and the month to month rate. For an example, let’s say you signed up for a 6 month membership ($147) then decide to quit after 2 months. You would be billed $100 ( $50 for each active month) so that in the end you would be paying the month to month membership fee.
11.How do I sign up for your gym and get started?
You can sign up on this website or call us at 866 999 3443 to reserve your spot, then just show up at your desired location. Remember, you can activate your 1 week free trial before you are billed.
12.How do I pay for my Personal Group Training Sessions?
Our participants sign up for 12, 6, or 3 month memberships. All of our billing is done monthly on a credit or debit card via a recurring billing cycle.
13. What if I miss a day?
First of all, you will be truly missed. The collective enthusiasm and energy that everyone brings to each class can be a driving force that enhances everyone’s fitness experience. Including the instructors!
But in terms of make ups or pro-rates, sorry we’re unable to offer that to our members.
14. Can I bring a friend to try a session?
Yes, of course. As the old saying goes, “ The more the merrier.” We would like to suggest that if at all possible, please contact us ahead of time so we can prepare for our new guest.
