Hello New Friend,
This is the section on the site where I’m supposed to tell about all of the things I’ve done and all of the knowledge I’ve aquired in over 20 years of being a Fitness Industry Professional. I guess somehow that information is what the experts believe is going to entice you to pick up the phone and register for one of my programs.
So, in order to evade the wrath of those so called experts, I’ve gone ahead and placed my bio a little further down on this page. I invite you to read it if you’re really interested in the path and journey of my fitness career.
But, what I’d rather do in this section is tell you how I feel About You. I know that may seem a bit odd since most likely we haven’t even met yet.
So, hold on a second and let me explain.
You see, I know that there are so many options and choices for you when it comes to choosing a Personal Trainer, a Fitness Boot Camp or any other form of Exercise Instruction.
Knowing this to be true, it’s a Deep Down Desire to use all of my knowledge, share all of my experience and take advantage of everything that I’ve been taught and focus it on just one thing………… Getting You In Shape!
There’s nothing better for me than being a helpful fitness guide. I take great pleasure in knowing you’re in that place where you FEEL GOOD About Who YOU ARE and LOOK GOOD Whereever YOU GO! This very thing literally justifies my existence.
A long, long time ago, somebody told me…
“Most people won’t care what you know, until they know how much you care.”
These words have been at the heart of everything that I do and the basis from which every client relationship is developed.
I truly care.
I truly love what I do!
And for me,
“Personal Training is so much more than just Exercise Instruction.”
Make no mistake, hiring a Fitness Professional, such, is not the end all, be all. It’s going to take a few adjustments to apply the necessary effort required to acheive your fitness desires.
No one promises it’s always going to be easy. But… now that you’re ready, WE WIILL make it happen.
Don’t worry, my team and I will be there to guide you and lead you every step of the way.
We’ll lift you up to celebrate your many successes.
And should there be a need, we’ll pull you up, to overcome any setbacks.
Together, we can do ANYTHING! Our sole intention is to take you from where you are, to where you want to be…..a healthier, lean, fit, (and may I say sexier) version of yourself! We’ll teach you everything that you need to know in order to burn your nasty excess body fat and lose those extra pounds.
When you know what to do and when you know what works, losing weight and getting fit becomes so much easier..

Darren Clark
Ok, so as promised, Here’s My Biography.
– Since starting his business in 1988, Darren has become an exceptionally busy fitness professional. He has appeared in a J.C. Penny video-mercial and has been a guest on several health and fitness radio talk shows. Mr Clark has also been interviewed for a number of news broadcast fitness segments and is a former elite member of Reebok’s Fitness Pro Team.
In the book Bio-mechanically Correct, written by Everett Aaberg, he was one of the select fitness industry leaders chosen to model and also demonstrate proper exercise technique.
– In recent times, Mr Clark was the featured fitness writer to Dallas’ Scoreboard Monthly Sports Magazine. Throughout the years, Darren has also written numerous magazine and newsletter articles pertaining to the benefits of fitness and has traveled throughout the United States and to Mexico presenting fitness workshops and seminars.
Beginning in 1990 until 1998 Darren was the Personal Training Director of the Signature Athletic Club in Dallas Texas where he also served on the Personal Training Committee Board for The Health Instructors Network. 1990 is also the same year in which Darren received the Personal Trainer of the Year award from the Dallas/Ft. Worth Bally’s fitness clubs.
– While on his relentless quest to be an effective fitness instructor, Mr Clark has earned an American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) Master Gold Certification for personal training. A Physical Fitness Specialist Certification and a Indoor Cycling Certification from the Cooper Institute.
Darren has attended numerous continuing educational lectures and as many fitness and martial arts workshops. He is a certfied aerobics and group exercise leader and a certified Nike Athletic Total Conditioning (N.A.T.C.) instructor. He’s also a trained TRX Suspension Training practitioner and a former Reebok Fitness Pro.
He also teaches and shares his knowledge as a martial arts student and practitioner in kickboxing, self defense, and combat conditioning.
Darren continues to be a Personal Exercise Guide , Fitness Industry Leader, author of a multitude of fitness and health articles, a Fit Body Boot Camp Operator and the Darren’s Down & Dirty Fitness Camp creator and instructor.
– Through his positive motivation and results oriented determination, Darren provides the education, encouragement and direction needed in a respected fitness professional of today.
